POLICY

Reschedule

  • Before D-7: Free / no additional fee
  • D-7 to D-3: Additional fee IDR 150,000/tent
  • D-2 to D-1: Additional fee IDR 250,000/tent
  • D-Day: Additional fee according to tent price

Cancel

  • Before D-7: Fee 25% per tent
  • D-7 to D-4: Fee 50% per tent
  • D-3 to D-2: Fee 75% per tent
  • D-1 to D-Day: Fee 100% per tent

Information

  • Overpayment/refund will be transferred within 14 working days after the recipient's bank account details are provided.
  • Refunds due to failed reservations will be processed within 3 working days after the recipient's bank account details are provided.
  • In case of circumstances beyond control (e.g., government restrictions/lockdown causing area closure), refunds are subject to a 50% deduction.

INSURANCE INFORMATION

CONSENT STATEMENT

Starting January 2022, every visitor camping at Pineus Tilu Camping Ground must provide the following statement. As the person responsible for myself and my group, I declare that if any accident/disaster/misfortune occurs while camping at Pineus Tilu Camping Ground, the management is not responsible, except if we are entitled to receive insurance coverage provided in cooperation with Perhutani according to the following coverage details:

Visitors receive accident insurance protection from ASURANSI SYARIAH AMANAH GITHA Master Policy No. 809000050100188 for accidents from entering the gate until leaving the area. Insurance protection is as follows:

Insurance Coverage

    Death due to accident (within 24 hours): IDR 15,000,000
  2. 2
    Death at tourism location not due to accident: IDR 3,000,000
  3. 3
    Permanent disability according to percentage (%): according to general policy terms, maximum IDR 20,000,000
  4. 4
    Medical treatment costs due to accident (maximum): IDR 3,000,000
